It is of upmost importance to us that you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an immediate refund or exchange.
We ask that you e-mail tracking number and order number to our Customer Service Team after you have sent your package out. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
Before returning, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com and carefully follow instructions given by them.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For re-delivery on order exchanges and dissatisfaction with products, you will still be responsible for returning and re-delivery costs incurred. (This does not apply on defective, incorrect or missing orders.)
Once we have received your returned item or items, we will credit your refund back to PayPal or credit card. Please note that if you still have not received your refund in 14 working days, please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any inquiries regarding your refund.
Return & Exchange Policies
The items must be in their original condition and packaging for returns and exchanges. Items sold together as a promotional offer cannot be returned separately. Please note the reason and details for your return or exchange on the delivery invoice form that must be included with your package.
For exchanges, the items must be in unworn, unused condition and be within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are only valid once for the same item in a different size.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return freight charges if applicable including duties and taxes. We are not able to accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.

Please note your entire purchase will be sent in ONE package under any promotion, sale and special offer. Your purchase is NOT eligible for exchange and refund unless it is defective, incorrect or a missing order
